Course Overview: In recent years the concept of mindfulness has grown into a trendy topic because of its many benefits, including reducing stress, increasing happiness, enhancing mental focus and strengthening relationships. In this course, we will cover a number of mindfulness rituals that you can apply to your beauty or wellness practice to boost your focus and gratification in your work, build better relationships with your clients and colleagues, create a superior service experience for your clients, and generate a thriving beauty or wellness business.
Learning objectives: In this course you will acquire the knowledge and tools to be more thoughtful, present and purposeful in how you function in your beauty or wellness practice. You will learn about the incredible human brain, and how to utilize it to master intention, energy, and nine specific mindfulness techniques, including meditation, gratitude practice, and mantras/affirmations, to apply for greater success in your beauty or wellness career and for stronger mental health. This course is designed for all beauty and wellness professionals, from business owners to cosmetologists, barbers, estheticians, massage therapists, lash artists, permanent makeup artists, nail technicians and more.

Below is the list of CE Hour approval. Please submit a copy of your professional license to info@brillianceadvancedbeautyeducation.com to obtain your CE certificate. As with all continuing education, it is understood that the wellness provider is responsible for verifying that information provided in courses is within the wellness provider’s state and/or local scope of practice as defined by law. In addition, course participants should be advised that additional training and education is required to be truly proficient in any topic. Once course is complete, wellness provider will receive a Certificate of Completion.
