No Refunds/Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is considered manufactured defective. If you receive a manufactured defective item, please contact us first at info@brillianceadvancedbeautyeducation.com with details of the product and the defect within 3 days of delivery. We will give you proper instructions at that time on how we will exchange the item for you within 3 business days. 

We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit.  Please consider purchasing shipping insurance for shippable items in your order at checkout.

All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds.
