Shipping policy
Orders will be shipped when received, Monday-Friday and 11am MDT Saturday. Some items that are made to order may take up to one week to ship. Orders placed on Sunday or on Holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Due to Covid-19 there could be unanticipated delays.
Once a package leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the chosen carrier, such as USPS, it is then the responsibility of the carrier. Your carrier can track the package to indicate the last scanned location and every attempt should be made to work with the carrier to aid in the recovery of the package.
If your package is late or is shown to be delivered, and you have not received it, please work with your local carrier to track the package and retrieve it. Brilliance Advanced Beauty Education is not responsible for mis-delivered, damage during delivery or lost packages once the package has been scanned at the origination.
