Foundations of Assisted Stretch Therapy: A
Full-Body Clinical Approach
This two-day, 16-hour continuing education course introduces therapists to the fundamentals of
assisted stretch therapy through a hands-on, clinically applicable framework. The curriculum prioritizes
anatomy review, assessment, full-body stretch sequencing, therapist confidence, and extensive
supervised practical application.
Course time is primarily dedicated to demonstration and hands-on stretching labs to support skill retention, safe technique performance, and clinical carryover.
Learning Objectives
• Provide an anatomy overview relevant to assisted stretch therapy
• Conduct proper intake and movement assessments
• Apply safe lower-body and upper-body assisted stretch and traction techniques
• Sequence a complete full-body stretch session
• Maintain therapist body mechanics during hands-on application
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout treatment
• Integrate professional implementation concepts including niche development, advertising, and
marketing
This course is in person in St. Charles, IL September 19th-20th from 9am-6 pm.

Below is the list of CE Hour approval. As with all continuing education, it is understood that the wellness provider is responsible for verifying that information provided in courses is within the wellness provider’s state and/or local scope of practice as defined by law. In addition, course participants should be advised that additional training and education is required to be truly proficient in any topic. Once course is complete, wellness provider will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Our courses are for all beauty and wellness professionals. If you aren't familiar with CE /CEU hours, to fill you in a little, some beauty and wellness professionals are required by the government to complete Continuing Education (CE/ CEU) hours to maintain their license. We work with several state boards to be a provider to offer this option. This information is in the course description.
