Self Care at work. Beauty re-charged.
Making your clients feel beautiful, renewed, and cared for isn't just part of your job... It. Is. Your. Job.
Pouring all of your creativity, attention, heart, and expertise into your clients can be invigorating to see a transformation take place. Knowing that YOU made a difference in the way a client feels about themselves reminds you why you do what you do. But if we're really being honest- feeling depleted or crashing at the end of a busy workday likely happens more often than you'd like. And it makes loving what you do feel more like a chore and not as glamorous as it once used to be. It can be expected that if you're not taking some intentional moments to yourself throughout the day to check in, symptoms of burnout might be creeping in. Let's take a pulse on your self-care throughout your work day to be mindful and support what you really need to be the happiest, healthiest version of yourself at work and at home.
During our time together you can expect to:
Gain greater insight into your personal care needs before, during, and after your workday
Explore boundaries that can enhance your happiness at work
Create a plan to support your self-care needs and prevent or recover from burnout
